Radiant Floors and Concrete Polishing

Real Reviews for Our Concrete Coating Services
Another super satisfied customer! John runs an amazing business - customer satisfaction is clearly his primary objective. His crews are timely, considerate, and very skilled in their craft. Recently, they coated my garage flooring project. The materials did not lay down to their satisfaction. Without issue they insisted on a complete grind down and new application to make it perfect. They completed the re-do at no cost. They did it on my schedule, and with quick hardening compound to reduce my exposure of leaving two convertibles worth $160K from sitting outside a moment longer than necessary. I highly recommend California Custom Coatings for any residential or commercial flooring needs --
John and his team did a great job on redoing my concrete floors. They were very professional and addressed all of my concerns. My floors look better than before!
I called the company and Jon Celone (the owner) was extremely responsive, giving me a rough quote over the phone and texted me information about the colors and coatings shortly thereafter. When he arrived for the estimate, he explained the whole process to me and gave me a very competitive quote. He noticed signs of efflorescence (water seeping through the foundation) on our garage floor and recommended an application of a vapor barrier to seal and protect it. The workers came on time, were friendly and professional and spent an entire day finishing the floor to smooth it, patch holes and apply the vapor barrier and chips. It took an extra day to dry because of the cold weather, but on the third day they applied the epoxy-composite coating. It looks great and we now have added usable space to our house (the previous floor coating was chipping and would leave a mess inside and outside our house). I called Jonathan afterwards and he answered my questions. I am extremely happy with or new garage floor.
