Below that, the epoxy, with its clear coat, takes longer to cure. Optimal curing time is 8 to 12 hours for each coat. The final curing, when ordinary work can begin again, is after seven days. Below 55 degrees Fahrenheit, trowel grade coatings are best not attempted.
