He answers his phone and text message promptly & was straight forward without any price gimmicks. I appreciated his professional demeanor and continuous follow up. Matt & Igor were timely & the job actually moved along very quickly; 4 hours on Monday & 2 1/2 hours on Tuesday. It's rare to find reliable contractors. I have recommended John & his team to my clients and neighbors.
