One of my main factors in choosing a business to do work with is customer service. I had called another company out to provide me with an estimate which they did and actually their cost was lower than California Custom Coatings however, when I read the reviews for this company I contacted Jack. Jack was so responsive and provided an estimate over the phone as well as answered all my questions (I ask a LOT of questions lol).The scheduling of the appointment was also great as I needed it done rather quickly for some deliveries I had coming for items in my garage. Jack was able to accommodate me and do my floors the following week. I had Noah I believe come out on day one and Austin and Jeff come out on day 2. All employees were great and knowledgeable about the work they were performing and had great attitudes. They did a fantastic job!I am so pleased with the results. I haven’t walked on it yet but the floor looks amazing. Not sure if I want to drive my car on it now.Oh and I might add, the warranty they provide was also a deciding factor as the other company did not provide one. If you’re looking for a great company who does awesome work you’ve found it!
John was able to come out and give me a job quote the same day I called. Loved the great selection of finishes. I was able to get the job booked within a week. John’s process only took one day. So much better than a multi-day process. Thomas and Chris, the installers were so awesome explaining the process and updating me at each step. They did such a great job! I’ve had neighbors stop just to look at the beautiful job and have said it’s the best they’ve seen. I would highly recommend California Custom Coatings.
