I called John to get a quote so I could compare him with two other professionals. He was prompt in calling me back and accommodated my tight timeframe to get it done . I had done my research and the brand and quality of product He used is one of the best you can get. I am a DIY person usually but his price was right and the outcome is fantastic. John, owner, Craig (Lead Tech), and team did an amazing job on our floors. We took three bids and all were fairly close. We chose John and California Custom Floors for three reasons:1). John was knowledgeable and easy to work.2). They were able to accommodate our timing for flooring (technically all flooring contractors did but they provided the best time and date)3). They had the most options for types of export flooring. We picked Brindle and we have not stopped getting compliments on the floor. Looks amazing.4). Reviews. Reviews. Reviews.
