John, the owner, was great to work with from initial contract right through completion of the project. He was super responsive to questions, prompt for appointments, had a competitive bid and had a crew complete our project within a quick time frame. His crew was nice and friendly and very efficient. Best of all, we love the finished project!! We had a screen room that had old concrete that had been added on to over the years and at one time had a bbq island covering part of it leaving it stained and discolored despite my cleaning efforts.
