I called John to get a quote so I could compare him with two other professionals. He was prompt in calling me back and accommodated my tight timeframe to get it done . I had done my research and the brand and quality of product He used is one of the best you can get. I am a DIY person usually but his price was right and the outcome is fantastic. I would use him again In heart beat .

I suppose a coated garage floor is considered a luxury. However, I have always wanted it, so I splurged. John and his crew were fantastic. John was on time to give me an estimate and called back when he said he would. Craig and Edwin, the two gentlemen who installed my floor were very efficient and friendly. California Custom Coatings just did an Epoxy coating in our room enclosure and under outside covering floor. This experience with them has been wonderful, from the office manager Jessica who went above and beyond to help me decide on color to the gentlemen who did the actual labor (Jeff, Derek, Sterling). As a customer I can really appreciate good communication thank you for your text and email correspondences to let us know when your associates would be arriving and thank you to your associates for being so polite and professional letting me know what they would be doing and when they finished and to see the work before they left. I can't thank them enough for that. They got right to work when they arrived and it just flowed until they were finished. They were organized, orderly and cleaned up after themselves. I love the floor, the choice of color and I must say they have a good selection of color choices, its just beautiful!! Thank you so much Jessica for your kindness and patience with me. You are a jewel to your company. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking to have an Epoxy floor. Thank you again. I am just loving this floor!!!
