Called and asked for a free estimate. Received a prompt call back and John was out at my house the next day. He took the time to explain the different products and gave me the quote on the spot. John was never pushy. They epoxied my floors on February 12th. The crew showed up on time (which is a huge + for me) and promptly began the work. They cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job! The floors look awesome! THANK YOU!
Very impressed with the team right from the start. Edwin sent a text message 30 minutes before showing up. Upon arrival we discussed the project for a few minutes while all of the equipment was being unloaded. He explained the process and they got right to work. They were extremely efficient, left to let everything set up and I received another text when they were on their way back to put the final coat on. The floor came out great - it's exactly what I was hoping for. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, no issues, nothing unexpected and a very friendly informative crew.
