I'm glad we went with john's team at california coatings after seeing their quality of work at my family member's house.Reliability: did exactly what they were going do and when. Prices given up front. John is super responsive by text and calling. Quality:I wanted a high quality floor vs going DIY, or using licensed individual off fb marketplace , as we only have a one car garage and a tight space for working out, storage, and parking our cars. There will be a severe amount of foot traffic. Johns company offers a lifetime guarantee of quality and with the work ethic his company has, I feel comfortable w the follow through with the guarantee.Pricing; fair esp for what you get. It will be pricier than going with someone off fb marketplace. But that other someone is not going to offer a guarantee and Will not have this High quality of an outcome. This is not one or two layers of sprinkle of flakes. This is a thick, almost industrial like floor. Lots of compliments already and my family wanting to re do their garage after seeing ours.And the best thing the floors look absolutely great esp the sides. The entire process, from quote to completion of job, was simple, thorough and professional. John was proactive in every aspect of communication including when he was on his way, what the timelines would be once work started and when we could place our items back in the garage. Both John and Josh epitomized professionalism and were extremely detailed as they prepped, cleaned and finished the floor. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and highly recommend them. 6-16-2020: Had John and his team come out to help us resurface the back patio based on the tremendous job they did on our garage and our Parents outdoor covered patio. Edwin and his colleagues came out promptly on Monday (sent a text notifying me ahead of time too) and began the process. Complete professionals and were extremely efficient in their work, walking us through what to expect for the two days. After completing the final step (clear coat seal) they worked to remove all the extra flakes from the yard and ensured the entire area was clean. John called after to confirm the job and clean up was to our satisfaction, which it was. I would recommend John and his company to anyone looking at resurfacing their garage or covered patios
