John, the owner, came out in a very timely manner to measure, provide choices, explain the process, pricing, and scheduling. He worked with us to accommodate our time-frame was easily accessible, responding to txt/phone quickly to address any questions we had. Appointment was confirmed, and the floors were completed as promised, in 2 days. The crew on day one, Igor and Sterling, started right on time. They were so professional, knowledgeable, and personable! Unfortunately I did not get to meet the crew on day two but my husband had the same positive interaction that day as well. This company provides outstanding customer service, professionalism, and reliability. The finished product is flawless and gorgeous. Well worth the price, which is fair. We look forward to working with them on our next project and highly recommend this company!
