The entire process, from quote to completion of job, was simple, thorough and professional. John was proactive in every aspect of communication including when he was on his way, what the timelines would be once work started and when we could place our items back in the garage. Both John and Josh epitomized professionalism and were extremely detailed as they prepped, cleaned and finished the floor. I just had my garage floor epoxied by California Custom Coatings. They did an outstanding job. My garage looks like a million bucks. Besides an A+ quality job, I was impressed with the knowledge and service I received. I spoke with another company, but John's knowledge and explanation of the process was far superior than his competition. I even received a phone call the morning the job was scheduled by his crew introducing himself and letting me know he was on his way to my house. Crew showed up at 7:45 am even though I did not expect them until 8:00 am. They completed the job the same day. I was able to move items back into my garage in less than 24 hours and was able to park both vehicles in the garage 36 hours later. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Tom P.
