My fiancé and I just purchased a brand new construction home and moved in on 2/12/21. About 2 weeks prior I contacted and inquired about doing an Epoxy garage floor. John was excellent from the get go as far as his communication, industry knowledge, pricing, & professionalism. I like doing business with people who are straight forward and honest and that will answer any or all of my questions that I may have. I had read all the reviews and done my own research and due diligence and I can't be happier with the work that John and his team did for our garage. They came on 2/15, and then just finished today 2/16 and did an amazing job, so clean, organized and professional. I live about 2 hours away from their headquarters but they were on time both days and would call and give me updates. On top of the the service I even tipped his crew because they not only deserved it but they worked as if it was their own brand new house they just bought. Epoxy floors have a ton of benefits and with John you get a lifetime warranty he's got the best product and I can now say the best crew that does the work. California Custom Coatings just did an Epoxy coating in our room enclosure and under outside covering floor. This experience with them has been wonderful, from the office manager Jessica who went above and beyond to help me decide on color to the gentlemen who did the actual labor (Jeff, Derek, Sterling). As a customer I can really appreciate good communication thank you for your text and email correspondences to let us know when your associates would be arriving and thank you to your associates for being so polite and professional letting me know what they would be doing and when they finished and to see the work before they left. I can't thank them enough for that. They got right to work when they arrived and it just flowed until they were finished. They were organized, orderly and cleaned up after themselves. I love the floor, the choice of color and I must say they have a good selection of color choices, its just beautiful!! Thank you so much Jessica for your kindness and patience with me. You are a jewel to your company. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking to have an Epoxy floor. Thank you again. I am just loving this floor!!!
