One of my main factors in choosing a business to do work with is customer service. I had called another company out to provide me with an estimate which they did and actually their cost was lower than California Custom Coatings however, when I read the reviews for this company I contacted Jack. Jack was so responsive and provided an estimate over the phone as well as answered all my questions (I ask a LOT of questions lol).The scheduling of the appointment was also great as I needed it done rather quickly for some deliveries I had coming for items in my garage. Jack was able to accommodate me and do my floors the following week. I had Noah I believe come out on day one and Austin and Jeff come out on day 2. All employees were great and knowledgeable about the work they were performing and had great attitudes. They did a fantastic job!I am so pleased with the results. I haven't walked on it yet but the floor looks amazing. Not sure if I want to drive my car on it now.Oh and I might add, the warranty they provide was also a deciding factor as the other company did not provide one. I can't say enough about this company and the beautiful work they do. They did epoxy coating on our 2-car garage almost 2 years ago and we were so happy with the look & quality of work. Last month we asked them to do the same for our 2+1 (3-car) garage and experienced the exact same level of satisfaction. John, the owner, came out in a very timely manner to measure, provide choices, explain the process, pricing, and scheduling. He worked with us to accommodate our time-frame was easily accessible, responding to txt/phone quickly to address any questions we had. Appointment was confirmed, and the floors were completed as promised, in 2 days. The crew on day one, Igor and Sterling, started right on time. They were so professional, knowledgeable, and personable! Unfortunately I did not get to meet the crew on day two but my husband had the same positive interaction that day as well. This company provides outstanding customer service, professionalism, and reliability. The finished product is flawless and gorgeous. Well worth the price, which is fair.
