This is the first time ever that I can honestly say that I am totally impressed by a contractor. John Celone returned my call within an hour upon first contact. When I told him that we were tight on time, he squeezed us into the schedule and started the job within 2 days. He and his workers were quite prompt every day and very proficient in their jobs, and all speak English as a first language. The only setback was that the expansion joint filler shrank more than expected and once the floor was completed, the expansion cracks were still quite visible (a newer employee did this portion). John totally understood and told me that they would re-do the floor! There was no need for extensive complaining or negotiating to get them to do this - he came right out and offered it!!! Wow! He definitely has integrity! They re-did the floor and it is perfect!! I must add that even with the re-do, they came to the house 6 days in a row to get the job done, with absolutely no scheduling delays. Their goal was to get the job done in an expedient manner and done right. I plan on having him do our garage floor in a month or so, and also will have him stain and seal our concrete patio and walkways in the fall. This is a first for me - impressed enough to use a contractor twice!! I cannot say enough good things about this company - again, a first for me regarding a contractor!
